FAQ

  1. The shoes displayed on the website are samples. Shoes will be manufactured when an order is placed and after receipt of payment.
  2. All shoes are available in standard Italian shoe sizes of 34-42. We also offer shoes made to measure.
  3. For made-to-measure shoes there will be a supplementary payment of CHF 100.-
  4. All shoes are made in Italy by PAOUL in Saonara. All materials are sourced locally from the Veneto region except for the uppers of the vegan shoes. Those uppers are produced in Germany.
  5. All orders require direct and personal communication and consultation. The order is valid after receipt of payment.
  6. Customers can expect delivery of their order 5-6 weeks after placing it. Costumers are responsible for shipping and handling charges.
  7. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
